| The Legend of Leo the Merpug I believe it was early in 2006, when I heard a fishing vessel had capsized off the coast of Massachusetts. Aboard were two fishermen and their female pug, Leo. Miraculously, all three survived and were found the next morning on area beaches. How the little pug survived the frigid waters of New England, I couldn't understand and then rationalized that perhaps she was a Mermaid Pug. Hence, the legend of Leo the Merpug was born................ Karen McFeaters |
