Pets with People
After working on several cityscapes of Boston, I decided to paint a series of pets and their people for my featured artist show at the Made in Fort Point store in April of 2010. The work was inspired by a chance encounter I had a couple of years ago with a man who was living with cancer and the story he told me about his Great Dane, Gus. He credited Gus with keeping him alive, well past his predicted demise.
